Flu 2024/25
Upcoming Flu Clinics and Potential COVID-19 Vaccinations
We are pleased to announce that our annual flu vaccination clinics will be taking place in October this year. This timing ensures that we can provide the most effective protection against the seasonal flu, in line with the latest guidance and vaccine availability. Receiving the flu vaccine is crucial for safeguarding your health and the health of those around you, particularly as we approach the winter months.
Why October?
Administering the flu vaccine in October allows us to maximise its effectiveness throughout the peak flu season. By vaccinating at this time, we aim to provide optimal protection for our patients and help reduce the spread of influenza in our community. All vaccine providers will be following the same timelines.
Potential COVID-19 Vaccinations:
In addition to the flu vaccine, we may also be offering COVID-19 vaccinations during the same period. We are currently awaiting further information and guidance on this matter. Rest assured, we will update you with more details as soon as they become available. If we are unable to provide the Covid vaccination at the practice then an alternative provider will be offering this on our behalf.
Stay Informed:
Please keep an eye on our website and other communications for updates on how to book your appointment for the flu vaccination and any developments regarding the COVID-19 vaccinations.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to provide these essential vaccinations to our community. If you have any questions or require further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Thank you for your continued support and trust in our care.
