GUIDANCE FOR ON-LINE REPEAT PRESCRIPTION BOOKING
If you require medication regularly, we will arrange for you to receive a number of repeat prescriptions between appointments with the doctor. Repeat prescribing is largely computerised and such prescriptions have an attached re-order form. Please tick the drugs, which you require, and place the re-order form in the prescription post box in reception.
If you would like your prescription posted to you, please attach a stamped addressed envelope.
Requests can also be emailed to somicb.wellscitypractice.prescriptions@nhs.net
Please try not to ask the doctor for a list of repeat prescriptions during your consultation as this can delay other patients' appointments.
