01749 601333 - REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS
If you require medication regularly, we will arrange for you to receive a number of repeat prescriptions between appointments with the doctor. Repeat prescribing is largely computerised and such prescriptions have an attached re-order form. Please tick the drugs, which you require, and place the re-order form in the prescription post box in reception.
If you would like your prescription posted to you, please attach a stamped addressed envelope.
Requests can be faxed to 01749 671492
Please try not to ask the doctor for a list of repeat prescriptions during your consultation as this can delay other patients' appointments. All prescriptions will be ready by 2.00 pm the next working day. Prescriptions can also be delivered to the pharmacies in Wells if you prefer but please allow 1 extra day.
